If you try to pay in any other currency, your payment will not completed. And If you are abroad and want to use a card issued in French Polynesia, you should clear your web browser’s cache, visit, choose French Polynesia as your country of residence and proceed with the booking and payment in XPF currency.

In some cases, you might asked to present the card or a copy of the card you used to pay for your flight at an Air Tahiti office or at the airport check-in counter.
