coconut palm trees by the sea during daytimeThe eastern coast of the Dominican Republic began to be considered as a resort area forty years ago. At the same time, respectively, money flowed into the region, construction of comfortable hotels, restaurants and other tourist infrastructure began. Everyone who took part in this certainly won, because very soon the flow of tourists, who are mainly interested in beach holidays, headed in this direction with direct fire.

These places seem to be marked by natural grace: spacious beaches with white and soft, like clouds, sand, royal palms, kindly inviting into their shade, the piercing turquoise waters of the Atlantic Ocean and the Caribbean Sea – what else can you dream of? Something like this, in general terms, looks like the coast in the Punta Cana area and, in particular, the Bavaro beach area .

It is no surprise that today more than half of the tourists who come to the Dominican Republic choose Bavaro as their main destination for their entire vacation. But what about the most beautiful and most popular Dominican resort with cultural and active recreation, excursions and other entertainments? Let’s try to clarify.
