Service cost
The cost of this service free and available to all STC subscribers, including Sawa subscribers, and can use while roaming internationally as well free of charge.
Mawjoud Extra Service
The same features of the previous Mawjoud service present in the Mawjoud Extra service in terms of receiving messages with the details of incoming calls to you when the mobile is switched off or out of coverage. In addition, through this service, you can customize more according to your needs, for example, you can activate the service when your mobile switched off only, or when the mobile is out of coverage only, or in both cases, as well as if your mobile is busy, as well as you can transfer incoming calls to you to the service number, so when someone tries to call you, it will appear that your mobile is switched off while you will receive a message that someone tried to call you.
To activate existing extra
You can activate Mawjood Extra on your mobile by sending the service code 1520 to 900 to activate the service on your line.
To activate this service when your mobile is switched off or out of network coverage, you must call the following code after activating the service as in the previous step, starting with the star code *62*4000# and to cancel this feature, dial the code #62#.
If you want to activate the service when the mobile is busy, dial the following code starting with the star code *67*4000# and to cancel it, you can dial #67#.
As for diverting calls completely through this service, so that whoever calls you will find that your mobile switched off even if it not switched off, and you will receive a message informing you of who tried to contact you, to activate this service, dial the following code starting from the star *21*4000# and to cancel by dialing the code #21#.
To stop the service of Mawjoud Extra
If you want to completely stop the Mawjoud Extra service on your line and abandon this service, you can do so by sending the code 1521 to 900 and the service will stop on your device completely.
Service cost
The subscription cost to Mawjoud Extra 8 riyals per month and the service used while roaming as well as the first Mawjoud service.
Existing phone service
This service provides the advantages of the previous two services in terms of the user receiving a message informing him of all the details of the calls received while the phone is closed or out of coverage and the possibility of transferring calls, what distinguishes this service in addition to that the ability to receive messages and notifications of the details of the calls that you received on two phones and not one phone as in the previous two services of existing services from STC.

Activate the existing phone service on your mobile, you must dial the following code starting with the star code *61*4000#.
To activate the existing phone service, if your mobile is busy, you must dial the following code after activating the service as in the previous step, starting with the star *67*4000#, and if you want to stop the service, dial the code #67#.
If you want to divert calls, as in Mawjoud Extra service, dial the following code starting from the star *21*4000# and to cancel dial #21#.
