There is no sandy beach nearby, but a 5-10 minute walk to the left, and there is a good entrance to the sea in front of you. On the right, there are also wonderful beaches with sand.
Animation is beyond competition – every day they organize various shows, dances, songs, musicals – they will not let anyone get bored. Mini-disco starts at 8 pm, the most active kids proudly leave with diplomas. The child will not be deprived of attention – you can safely give it up for a fun pastime.
Meals for the top five: seafood, various types of meat, mashed soups for dinner and lunch, excellent breakfasts, a variety of fruits every day. Well, and a favorite delicacy – ice cream for every taste!

Olympic Lagoon Resort Paphos 5*
A wonderful family hotel with good 5-star service.
The beach is a bay, the entrance to the sea from the pier or from the shore. First, small stones await, but then an entirely beautiful sandy bottom. Such nuances are a feature of all the beaches of the resort, but the hotel shore is one of the best options.
A very convenient location makes it possible to easily get both to the center and to go outside the city. Nice and friendly staff – they will always help.
The choice of dishes is large, the quality of cooking is at a height, for breakfast there are fresh juices and porridge, there are so many desserts that their number simply boggles the imagination of those with a sweet tooth.
In the evenings, the Mediterranean restaurant offers live entertainment. The area is small, but functional and well thought out. There is an indoor pool. The kids club entertains kids of all ages.
Constantinou Bros Athena Beach Hotel 4*
The area is clean and well appointed. There are several pools: three for adults, one for teenagers with a water slide and two for very young guests.
There is no adult animation, but there is a kids club and a playground with various swings.
The hotel offers half board meals (breakfasts + dinners) – everything is tasty and varied. Near the sea, the entrance is sandy and pebble, a little further away there is a good sandy entrance.
Avlida 4*
It greets travelers with a beautiful green area planted with tropical trees and flowers. Aulida is a place where you will hardly get bored on vacation with a small child, and a lone tourist will be entertained to the fullest.
Adult and children’s animators work early in the morning. A trampoline is inflated in the courtyard, and the playground is attacked by kids all day long. The evening show kicks off at sunset.
The hotel is located on line 2, walk about 10 minutes . For those who like to soak up the hot rays of the sun, there are two beaches – one with grass, the other sandy.

By architectural standards, the five-star complex is still completely new – it graced the coast of the island in 2013. It is included in the top of the most stylish hotels in the resort: when creating it, the architects turned to glass and light marine tones. It is also, perhaps, the best for families with young children.
The owners tried to convey the family concept as vividly as possible: a children’s menu in a restaurant, a separate sleeping place for a child, there are nannies in the staff, an entertainment program is thought out even for one-year-old toddlers. The location on the first line allows you not to waste time walking to the beach.
Vacationers swim in a small lagoon. People come here with pleasure in early spring and late autumn, then a heated pool serves as an alternative to the sea .
The restaurant has a large selection of light and “serious” dishes. Breakfasts are not surprising, they are standard, but lunches and dinners are a feast for gourmets . It is convenient that dishes with explanatory plates, where the composition is presented to the details – are an excellent help for parents of children with allergies. Children are treated to ice cream every day , and teenagers are happy to have fast food.
Theo Sunset Bay Holiday Village 4*
The apart-hotel by the sea is suitable for an economy holiday. Ideal for those who want to stay in a 4-star hotel, but are not ready to overpay for food.
The presence of well-equipped kitchens in each room allows you to prepare lunches and dinners on your own. Even the standard living areas are spacious. Families with babies who need peace of mind choose rooms from two separate rooms. A crib-playpen will be brought for the child. Pleases free Internet access , full bathrooms and high quality cleaning.
Despite the varied food systems, seasoned travelers give advice to stay on half board: lunch can always be exchanged for dinner, and nearby are a scattering of restaurants with local cuisine and a supermarket with groceries. “All inclusive” is only for those who came with very young children.
The menu includes milk porridge, fresh juices, cream soup, fruits. There is a diet kitchen and high chairs.
The location is more than convenient – on the 1st line. On the shore of a cozy bay with sand, sun loungers and umbrellas. The highlight of the territory is a wonderful panoramic pool. And next to it there is a “paddling pool”, the fish drawn on the bottom seem to be swimming with the kids, only water slides are missing.
Akti Beach Village Resort 4*
The huge territory resembles a cozy village, consisting of many houses, villas , framing beautiful streets. The air is filled with the intoxicating scent of jasmine.
The rooms are chic, have full kitchens, where everything is available for culinary affairs – a stove with an oven, a toaster, a microwave oven, a full set of dishes. Bathrooms are equipped with bathrooms. For babies, a playpen will be provided, as well as babysitting services.
The disadvantage is the tiled floor , which is rather cold, small children will have to be protected. The cuisine is excellent, every evening the chefs arrange a special dinner – on Italian, Mexican, oriental themes, on Saturdays meat dishes prevail on the menu.
The animation is weak, but the guys are trying – boccia, morning exercises, darts competition.
There is a separate animator for kids, entertaining young guests in the play corner.
The sea is very close , between it and the pool area is furnished with sun loungers, which is very convenient. A staircase leads to the coast; like most of the beaches of this resort, it is rocky.
The Leonardo Laura Beach Hotel 4*
One of the most popular hotels in the resort for families with a child, with its own water park, access to the sandy beach and a mini-club.
Located on a mountain, buildings smoothly descend, a restaurant is built at the very peak. The courtyard is a heavenly place: it is entwined with greenery and replete with overseas flowers.
During the day, life is in full swing here under the guidance of animators, and in the evening a mini-disco thunders and shows for adults unfold. The water park thought about the smallest guests, equipping it with two miniature water slides. With the light hand of the designers, the fountains turned into funny monkeys and crocodiles. Rescuers monitor safety.
The choice of rooms in buildings or bungalows. Rooms are freshly renovated and furnished , comfortable beds with new linens. In the reviews, tourists give food a “four” – there is not enough variety. But the quality is excellent. The chefs offer to evaluate the national dish of kleftiko and to heartily eat delicious sun-dried tomatoes.
For children from 1 year old and older, it is easy to form a menu – cereals, steamed meat, soups and broths. Diluting dry food for babies is also not a problem, hot milk is always at hand.
Its own beach is cramped and with an uncomfortable entry into the sea, stones interfere. A little to the side, a 10-minute walk, there is an artificial lagoon. The shore is more comfortable, with a dressing room and a toilet. There is a gentle entry into the sea, where you rarely see waves.
Aquamare 4*
Unobtrusive service, a wide choice of entertainment for a child, a water park across the road, simple cuisine, location on the first line of the sea – the four-star resort complex has a family status for a reason.
At the same time, it justifies the ideal ratio of price and quality. Here you can relax both with children under one year old and with teenagers. In the asset there are small rooms for budget travelers and vacationers with many children. According to experienced guests, the best are with a direct panorama of the sea, but these usually go to those who bother to book a hotel in advance. A nice bonus in the form of a free minibar on the day of arrival.
Children have at their disposal a shallow pool with a boat; every day they rush to the game club for new experiences, and a playground acts as an addition.
On a modest beach, snow-white tents are saved from the scorching sun. It will not be possible to swim calmly – large stones interfere. But next to it is another shore with an artificial sand embankment , where the entry is more comfortable.
Cypria Bay 4*
In this hotel with children, you will also get a rich, but at the same time, relaxing holiday. Staff greets guests like relatives.
Check-in is instant , large families are better off living in two-room rooms and on the ground floor – there is direct access to the pool and the restaurant is just a stone’s throw away. The cleaning is thorough, including daily washing of the floor. If a child is 3-4 years old, you can count on a crib, for older children they bring cots.
The main plus for parents is the equipment of the restaurant.
No matter how old the child is, you can safely go here with him: a microwave oven, bottle warmers, high chairs, a separate sector is allocated for toys. According to the individual order, the chefs will prepare a familiar dish for the kid. In the courtyard, animators are waiting, however, English-speaking, in the evening – the time of a fun disco. To the center of Paphos 2 km, it is not difficult to walk with a stroller.
Cynthiana Beach 3*
An inexpensive and modest hotel will allow you to hide from the bustle of the city in an oasis of peace and quiet. Of course, everything in it is 3 stars, no more, but it is suitable for a budget holiday. It is possible to buy a voucher with any food system, from BB to all inclusive. However, guests recommend opting for full board over the expensive “all inclusive”, because the only difference between the systems is in the afternoon tea and drinks.
For children, there are a couple of slides and a swing in the yard, next to the pool for adults there is a shallow pool. A fun disco and contests are the grand finale of every day.
Parents are content with a gym, sauna and billiards.
The beach is a stone plateau with a green lawn and a natural lagoon, where kids are splashing with pleasure. They don’t give out a towel, you should take it from home. The bar has ice cream and cocktails. Near the complex there are shops and restaurants, where there is a walk – a path leads to a banana grove and coastal villas. The number of rooms is replete with combined rooms with a common internal door, which reduces noise insulation, this should be taken into account when booking a tour in order to pre-select a completely autonomous room.
Kissos 3*
This three-star family-run hotel is suitable for lovers of historical sites.
The most interesting sights are nearby. You can relax in an interesting way without leaving the territory: animation, a sauna with a jacuzzi, three swimming pools, a tennis court and even a mini-golf course.
But to come to Kissos and sit still is at least sacrilege, tourists joke. Behind the gate opens up a whole world that keeps ancient secrets, because this is the center of the resort town. Close to the Tombs of the Kings, the Solomon Catacombs and the Archaeological Park.
The sandy beach is three minutes away , don’t forget to buy special shoes – the entrance is entirely made of stones.
The rooms do not please with their novelty and freshness, with old furniture and appliances.
Safe and fridge open at extra cost only. The buffets are generous. In general, food is a strong link , travelers say on top hotels and travel forums. The food is delicious, there are even delicious dishes.
Children are not left without milk porridge, natural yoghurts and, of course, sweets and pastries.
Helios Bay APTS 3*
Helios Bay is ready to give a comfortable holiday with children in Cyprus.
A playground with houses and castles in the courtyard, there are two municipal beaches nearby, a picturesque promenade for evening walks, next to a playground where all the children from the area flock.
The rooms are excellent in a variety of sizes. Their feature is large areas and high ceilings. Everyone “looks” at the majestic mountains or the sea.
Studios marked “Garden” have their own patio with gazebos. But most importantly, all rooms are equipped with kitchens, you can cook dinners.
It is not really necessary to choose a food system, there will be only breakfasts. And guests are offered to meet the beginning of the week with a barbecue dinner, of course, with a surcharge. This is a real meat festival with dance and vocal performances.
Smartline Mayfair (ex. Smartline Paphos) 3*
It doesn’t matter how old the traveler is – 2 or 62 years old, everyone will be interested here. The resort complex also falls under the status of a youth complex. Guests who have been here, who are used to saving money, but at the same time having fun from the heart , no longer think about which hotel to go to next time. Of course in Smartline!
It’s inexpensive, with great animation and food. But there are also disadvantages. For example, the number of rooms.
Do not flatter yourself by looking at photos in travel catalogs and videos on websites. They usually show a few two-room premises and apartments. The overwhelming majority of rooms cannot boast of spaciousness and ideal, as in the photographs, “filling”. Old furniture and furnishings, urgently requiring renovation. Far to the beach, walk at least 20 minutes. However, all this pales before the excellent food and entertainment. The menu is varied, food systems – for every taste.
