Step 1: Contact the Customer Service Center

The representative will try to resolve your issue or complaint as quickly and efficiently as possible. You can also use this number to request a callback from a supervisor if you not satisfied with the representative’s response.
Step 2: Contact the Office of the President
If you still not satisfied with the resolution offered by the Customer Service Center, you can contact the Office of the President at 1-844-623-2352 and explain your issue or complaint to a specialist. The specialist will review your case and try to find a fair and reasonable solution. You can also use this number to request a written response from the Office of the President.
Step 3: Contact the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau
If you still not satisfied with the resolution offered by the Office of the President, you can contact the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) at 1-855-411-2372 or visit their website at www.consumerfinance.gov. The CFPB is a federal agency that helps consumers with financial products and services. You can submit a complaint to the CFPB and they will forward it to Santander and work to get a response. The CFPB will also monitor Santander’s compliance with consumer protection laws and regulations.
